Do I need my own AI keys for Pro?
Yes, for the AI answer review and citation tracking you connect your own provider key, such as OpenAI, Anthropic, or Perplexity. You pay the provider directly for usage, which is usually a few cents per check.
Does Pro work without the free plugin?
No. Citeroom Pro is an add-on that builds on the free Citeroom plugin, so the free plugin must be installed and active.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel whenever you like and keep using Pro until the end of your billing period.
Is there a refund?
