- When you buy Citeroom Pro, your purchase is handled by our payment provider, which acts as the merchant of record. They process your payment and billing details under their own privacy policy. We receive order information such as your name, email, country, and what you bought, but not your full card details.
- Basic technical information from your visit, such as your browser type and general usage, which helps keep the site working.
The plugins and your data
This is important to us, so we want to be clear. The free Citeroom plugin runs entirely on your own website and does not send your content or your data to us or to anyone else. Citeroom Pro uses the AI provider keys that you choose to enter, and requests are sent only to the provider you select, such as OpenAI, Anthropic, or Perplexity. We do not receive your content, your keys, or your results.
How we use information
