We want you to be confident buying Citeroom Pro. This policy explains how refunds and cancellations work.

14 day money back guarantee

If Citeroom Pro is not right for your newsroom, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase. There is no need to explain why, although your feedback helps us improve.

How to request a refund

Email hello@citeroom.com within 14 days of your purchase, with the email address you used to buy and your order details. We will arrange the refund through our payment provider.

Cancelling a subscription

You can cancel at any time from your customer account with the payment provider. Cancelling stops future renewals. You keep access to Citeroom Pro until the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not usually refund partial periods after the 14 day window, except where the law requires it.

Renewals

If a renewal charge took you by surprise, contact us at hello@citeroom.com and we will do our best to make it right.

The free plugin

The free Citeroom plugin is free, so there is nothing to refund.
